To enhance the harmonious relationship between the company and host communities and ultimately reduce operating costs and shutdowns resulting from unhealthy company–community relationships, ENTDOSH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED engages a minimum of 60% of the non-skilled workforce from the local/host communities. Through a highly versatile Community/Corporate Affairs Department, ENTDOSH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED engages a community liaison officer who liaises between the community and the company on matters such as the employment of Indigenous people and community development projects.
ENTDOSH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED has it as a policy and function to manage community affairs as an integral part of the company’s business to maintain good relationships between the company and its host communities. ENTDOSH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED effectively cooperates with and develops an interface with the client and third parties to avoid unnecessary delays, shutdown and unwarranted loss of man-hours. Before mobilization to any locality, ENTDOSH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED endeavours to visit the community chiefs and leaders to form a relationship that frequently outlasts the duration of the project.
Enviromental
ENTDOSH places a premium on the preservation of the natural environment. Our operations and activities are carried out in a manner that minimizes its impact on the environment.
All pollutants and allied products in use on site are controlled within the site to avert impinging on the surrounding area. All leakages and overflow to the neighborhood are avoided at all costs.
